comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Our firm represents
individuals, corporate entities, finance companies, banks, cities and towns,
as well as claims received through all national forwarders.
Our attorneys
are well versed regarding the FDCPA and we specialize in handling commercial
and retail collections that result in complex litigations in both the state
and Federal courts.
All of our
attorneys are actively involved members of the Commercial Law League of
America and advocate the principles under which they operate. Attorney
Edward D. Jacobs is a Past Chair of the Eastern District of the Commercial Law
League of America and is also a member of the Executive Council of the
Creditor’s Rights Section of the CLLA. Each of our attorneys remains current
on all relative aspects of the law by attending educational seminars and other
